I've spent more than 15 years in HR leadership roles at enterprise organizations, including Apple, Johnson & Johnson, and Danaher, where I led complex global programs in talent management, leadership development, and compensation.
I've always had an entrepreneurial mindset. From launching small ventures early in life to building global HR programs, I do my best work in white space, building from the ground up. In 2024 I left Apple and brought that same energy to my own firm.
Today I partner with founders and Heads of HR at scaling companies on the people strategy behind their growth: how they assess potential, develop leaders, pay fairly and strategically, and structure the organization for what comes next.
I work as a senior advisor, not an extension of your HR team. You get an honest read, a clear plan, and a partner who has done this work at scale.
